Extensive technical, managerial and scientific experiences in Gaz (Traditional persianSweet meat) Production Industry, on one hand, and scientific objectives and capabilities existing in Applied Science Center of Higher Education for the purpose of this social capital documentation, on the other, provided conditions required to present an independent associate program named "Confectionary-Gaz Production Industry". In this course of study the technical and managerial experiences existing in industry have been documented in compliance with scientific and educational principles, regulations and concepts and the scientific growth and production mechanism has been created to develop it.
In this respect Atiq Training Center (Code # 36094), affiliated with University of Applied Science and Technology, and commenced its activity in 2007 aiming at the education of production managers for small traditional industries.
Benefiting from advances in knowledge and technology the managers at this center employ the latest scientific and industrial achievements for the sustained development in small traditional industries and, in this regard, to pave the way for extensive and profound evolution.
Such objective requires the accumulation and concentration of technical and vocational experiences, on one hand, and related science and scientific equipment, on the other.
